The answers buyers ask for before a quotation on the outdoor P4 stair LED display — distance, brightness, lead time, warranty and how the screen is installed.
From 4 m or more. Our rule on every project is 1 mm of pixel pitch to 1 m of viewing distance, so the figure always follows the pitch.
Brightness is >5,500 nit with 16-bit grey scale. Maximum draw is 870 W/㎡ and average is 290 W/㎡.
The front face is sealed to IP65 and the rear to IP54. Working temperature is -20–50 °C, which covers rain, dust and the swing a facade sees over a year.
Each module measures 320×160 and carries 80×40 pixels; the LED package is SMD2727. Pixel density is 62,500 dots per square metre.
One square metre. Quoting and shipping are both handled per square metre, so a pilot order and a full facade order follow the same process.
Five to twenty days after deposit, depending on quantity and cabinet configuration. Urgent projects can be moved up the schedule — give us the on-site installation date and we confirm the achievable lead time before you order.
Five years on the complete screen. Each order ships with 1–3% spare parts by module count, so a failed module is a ten-minute swap rather than a shipping delay.
CE, RoHS, FCC and ETL. Test reports are available on request and can be attached to the quotation for tenders and customs clearance.
We supply steel-structure drawings, cabinet layout and wiring diagrams, guide your installers remotely, or send an engineer to site for the first installation. Front and rear service access are both available; the choice is made from the mounting depth on site.
